The Karate Hottie better known as Michelle Waterson out of Jackson Wink MMA in Albuquerque New Mexico entered her fight against Cortney Casey Sanchez at the Gila River Arena in Glendale Arizona which was the site of the UFC on Fox 29 event.
Watterson, now 32 years of age has lost two in a row against Tecia Torres and Rose Namajunas, prior to that she had a pair of wins against Paige VanZant and Angela Magana. An Invicta FC Veteran Patterson first got her chance to appear in the UFC with the Ultimate Fighter 21 season.
Courtney Casey Sanchez fights out of Sanchez BJJ and Fitness in Phoenix Arizona had a professional record of 7 and 5 entering into the bout. A loss against Felice Herrig by split decision at UFC 218 took some of the momentum Casey had after defeating former WSOF champion Jessica Aguilar at UFC 211.

The fight was back and forth with the bout ending with Michelle Watterson in an armbar as Courtney Casey was trying her best to submit her. After three rounds the judges scored the fight 29-28 watterson 29-28 Casey and 29-28 the karate hottie Michelle watterson.
