One of this era’s OG’s in Mixed Martial Arts, Nick Diaz is going to be back in the UFC octagon this August. Nick Diaz a long time superstar in the sport will be competing in a 5 round fight against Vincente Luque in Abu Dhabi on August 3rd.
Nick Diaz is the older brother of Nate Diaz who is scheduled for a boxing fight against Jorge Masvidal however Nate Diaz has not fought since Sept 2021 and prior to that had not fought in over 6 years. Now 40 years in age, Diaz will face an opponent 8 years younger in Luque who has lost 3 of his past 4 fights inside of the octagon.
Will this be the return of a fight season for Nick Diaz or is this going to be a 1 off fight? Rumors are that Nick is in Houston Texas training full-time and is healthy, mentally and physically as he prepares for his return to Mixed Martial Arts Competition.
Cris Cyborg returns to the Boxing Ring June 15th with a fight inside the Indigo at the 02 in London England. Scheduled for 4 rounds of 2 minutes in the 154lbs weight category this will be the first time Cyborg has competed in Europe.
