A Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt, Cris Cyborg was the first female MMA fighter to compete in a televised MMA fight in North America and became the world’s first undisputed champion for females in the sport of mixed martial arts when she defeated Gina Carano to capture the Strikeforce Championship. Now recognized as the sports only Grand Slam Champion by winning Strikeforce, UFC, Invicta, and Bellator MMA gold, Cris Cyborg has dominated for over 17 years as the sports top featherweight.

An active Army Reserve officer, Mrs Gabbard served as the representative for Hawaii’s 2nd congressional district from 2013 to 2021 after not seeking re-election in 2020.
