
Cris Cyborg joined other CBS Viacom celebrities with the #AloneTogether campaign during the Corona Virus crisis to encourage people to stay home and practice social distancing during this critical time in health. Cyborg the only Grand Slam Champion in the sport of Mixed Martial Arts, a title she earned by becoming the only fighter; Male or Female, to capture every major world championship in their weight division. Current Bellator MMA, Former UFC, Invicta, StrikeForce Featherweight champion, Cris Cyborg has done something no other athlete in the sport of Mixed Martial Arts has been able to accomplish.
Until the 1st of April, Cyborg who is currently practicing a safer at home policy, has stopped training in combat sports for the time being and is not participating in BJJ, Boxing, Wresting, or Muay Thai sessions in a group setting. While looking to continue her fitness training Cyborg has been completing a daily HIIT type of training routine which is High Intensity Interval Training. In an effort to continue getting closer to the Cyborg Nation family, she has started live streaming the workout which are done daily from 10am PST and last typically around 20 minutes.
You can complete the exercises by working at your own pace in a safe and controlled environment which allows you to safely conduct each workout without fear of injury. Modifications to workouts can be done to work around specific injuries or troubled areas.
