A few weeks ago a matchup against Cris Cyborg and Larissa Pacheco seemed all but finalized as MMA’s only Grand Slam Champion took to social media to announce that she had signed a bout agreement to face Larissa Pacheco in September.
Following a 2nd round victory over Aria Wild in Cris Cyborg’s return to the sport of Boxing, the current Bellator MMA featherweight champion Cris Cyborg took to social media to ask both Pete Murray and Donn Davis to book her superfight against PFL 2x Tournament Champion Larissa Pacheco on the September 7th.
While a fight has been rumored to take place between Cris Cyborg and Larissa Pacheco on an upcoming PFL Pay Per View fight series, as of now, there is no announcement of a Professional Fighter’s League Pay Per View taking place in September. Do you think we will see Cyborg face Pacheco later in the year or will this fight continue to wait on ‘timing issues’
Cyborg who fought last satrurday in a Boxing Match in London has been vocal about wanting to get back into the PFL cage. Do you think we see the MMA champion in the PFL cage eventually or is she about to focus completely on the sport of Boxing?
