
Cris Cyborg headed to New Mexico earlier this year to be a part of Holly Holm’s training camp for UFC 300 and her fight against Kayla Harrison, and now the 18x Boxing World Champion is returning the favor as she has joined the final 3 weeks of Cris Cyborg’s training camp ahead of her PFL Super Fight PPV against Larissa Pacheco Oct. 19th in Saudi Arabia.
Cyborg who fought Holly Holm in 2017 to defend her UFC Featherweight world championship had this to say about training with Cris Cyborg head of her fight against Larissa Pacheco, “Holly is a real veteran of combat sports. She was the first Boxer male or Female to win a world championship in MMA. Pacheco has shown she likes to switch southpaw at times and we all know she is a strong puncher. Holly has been a great addition to training.”
Cyborg who has been in training camp for 12 weeks has also brought in #1 Brazilian Jiu Jitsu grappler in the world Rafaela Guedes and 3x Pan American Wrestling Champion Forrest Molinari in as part of her training preparations against 2x PFL Tournament champion Larissa Pacheco.
PFL Super Fight PPV will feature Francis Ngannou X Renan Ferreira as the main event on Cris Cyborg Vs Larissa Pacheco as the Co Main Event. Cyborg the only fighter to be recognized as Grand Slam Champion with 4 World Championships in Bellator MMA, UFC, Invicta FC, and Strikeforce will have a chance at a record setting 5 world championship in the sport of Mixed Martial Arts.
